It was my 1st visit today to the clinic and am very happy with the service. Nurses, Yvonne and Amy was very friendly and made me feel at ease. Yvonne explained and advised things to me quite well and made sure that everything that I needed was done thoroughly. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly too. Thank you ladies.
I really enjoyed my experience with the doctor 6 weeks postpartum. So easy to book in next day appointments too which was amazing. The dr knew exactly what I needed and helped me with extras that I completely forgot about and I could do a blood test on site too.
Dont go if ur fat you will be fatshamed I was yesterday I have severe body image issues your comment has resulted in me not being able to eat for over 24 hrs and I wont be until im skin and bones. Thank you for causing anorexia Yvonne I cant wait for you to read my medical notes saying im on a feeding tube in Hillmorton. You have completely damaged me with ur horrid comment about my stomach and my mental health team are not happy at all with you!
Joined this practice after moving to Rolleston a while ago and had to book an appointment, was able to conveniently do so online. Came in today for the first time and though it was really busy the receptionist was absolutely lovely and welcoming, was then seen quickly by Nurse Rachel and I felt really looked after and cared for when she addressed my concerns, was super kind. Process was super easy and I am really glad I enrolled here, so impressed.
Walk in patient as I’m from the West Coast and over for placement in Rolleston. Great communication with only being able to speak with a nurse, quick turn around time and sufficient information for my diagnosis. Highly recommend and great pricing for a casual walk in patient.
