I came in for a minor issue that was unrelated to the other health concerns I’ve been dealing with for the past 9 years. After hearing my concerns the doctor took the time to thoroughly review my medical history, ultimately providing me with my real diagnosis. No other medical center had been able to identify this issue in the past. I’m truly grateful for the extra care and attention I received at Wecare. Every branch I’ve visited has been exceptional, going above and beyond to meet my needs. The reception team, doctors, and nurses have all been wonderful. Thank you for your outstanding service!
Today, we visited WeCare Lincoln Center for my son’s vaccination, and the entire experience was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly polite, welcoming, and always willing to assist. The doctor who administered the vaccine was highly professional, thorough, and showed great care, which gave me complete confidence in the process.nnI also loved the indoor environment of WeCare Lincoln Center—it is very child-friendly and thoughtfully designed for little ones. Overall, our experience there was smooth, pleasant, and filled with positive energy. I am truly grateful for such a fantastic visit!
First time here and I received excellent service. Was lovely to see friendly faces at the reception desk. Practitioner also treated me as a person instead of a number to get in and out. Highly recommend anyone looking to transfer to this service to do it as soon as you can.
Having waited for this appointment since before Christmas, it was good I came on the right day and my Dr was there. There were no sick children in the waiting room like last time so my chances of another pretty severe viral infection are off the menu. My Dr was very thorough and I felt quite confident in the finish that we were on the same page. I have no regrets changing to WeCare and the overall service and system will take a lot of beating.
