Just moved to Lincoln from Wellington and tried to enrol over 3 weeks ago. Sent an email to follow up and was told due to a new system the enrollment had not been processed and would still take weeks. This seems nuts, surely a proper timeliness could be given and why weren't we told this from the start. In the meantime we are left with no clinic we are enrolled in so forced to pay extremely high unenrolled patient fees at Riccarton or wait hours at Christchurch hospital. Please can someone give me a better answer as to when our enrollment will be complete besides don't call us we will call you it will still take weeks that I got from Ash.
I called lincoln medical centre to enquire about transferring from another provider. I was told that normally they don't take customers that are already enrolled elsewhere, however after answering questions about where I live I was then told that I could apply and they would consider my application. I printed out the forms filled them in for my family and brought them into the centre in person. I was served by Debbie and was abruptly told NO, we will not take you, you already have a provider, we have a very strict criteria. I was spoken to like I was a child being told off for even coming in at all. Absolutely disgusting behavior from an adult being PAID for a role in customer service. Experiencing this service makes me glad I'm not enrolled at this centre. If you can't treat others with respect, especially potential customers, what are you doing in a customer service based role?nAn extremely disappointing experience that left me angry, my time wasted and experiencing different communications from different people. What an absolute joke, I won't be recommending this place to anyone I know.nnP.s. I live in Lincoln not Rolleston as suggested by this medical practice.

I have recently changed medical practice to Lincoln Medical, where I have received an excellent standard of care. Without exception, the reception staff, nurses and my GP, have been friendly, kind and compassionate. I very much appreciate this given how hard medical staff are working and the pressure they are under in current times. Thank you.
I am extremely satisfied with Lincoln Medical Centre. I have experienced unsurpassed care, empathy and attention. My concerns were taken seriously and everything was clearly explained to me, I feel that my wellbeing was always at the centre of all the decisions and can highly recommend it!
