I called lincoln medical centre to enquire about transferring from another provider. I was told that normally they don't take customers that are already enrolled elsewhere, however after answering questions about where I live I was then told that I could apply and they would consider my application. I printed out the forms filled them in for my family and brought them into the centre in person. I was served by Debbie and was abruptly told NO, we will not take you, you already have a provider, we have a very strict criteria. I was spoken to like I was a child being told off for even coming in at all. Absolutely disgusting behavior from an adult being PAID for a role in customer service. Experiencing this service makes me glad I'm not enrolled at this centre. If you can't treat others with respect, especially potential customers, what are you doing in a customer service based role?nAn extremely disappointing experience that left me angry, my time wasted and experiencing different communications from different people. What an absolute joke, I won't be recommending this place to anyone I know.nnP.s. I live in Lincoln not Rolleston as suggested by this medical practice.
I have recently changed medical practice to Lincoln Medical, where I have received an excellent standard of care. Without exception, the reception staff, nurses and my GP, have been friendly, kind and compassionate. I very much appreciate this given how hard medical staff are working and the pressure they are under in current times. Thank you.
I am extremely satisfied with Lincoln Medical Centre. I have experienced unsurpassed care, empathy and attention. My concerns were taken seriously and everything was clearly explained to me, I feel that my wellbeing was always at the centre of all the decisions and can highly recommend it!
I have been a patient here for many years, its always easy to get an appointment even at short notice. What has been particularly useful is the facility to have small procedures done at the surgery such as removing moles - which I have had done several times, one if which was quite large. But it was a lot more convenient and less stressful having my GP perform this than going into the City. The Doctors are always very caring and the nurses provide great care too, it's reassuring knowing and seeing that everyone knows what is going on - and I have always had a seamless experience, even for more complex issues. One of the best “care in the community” practices that I have come across.
