Warkworth Hotel

Came for coffee time and wanted to see what is what like in such a historic looking building. Inside was fancy and boutique. The staff were attentive and the food was quite good. There was a little bit of pressure there whilst taking photos as to not obstruct the waiters. I would come back to try their cocktails and dinner items if I were not driving.

Worth the trip or stop if you’re on the Sh1, a place with great atmosphere and excellent staff. Great for a coffee break just as much as lunch or dinner, amazing burgers and steak as well as green options for vegetarians. All while you enjoy some of the Victorian era Charme.

Really awesome place with great music, good options for gluten free and nice relaxing service.

I challenge you to find better fish and chips in New Zealand! And they are GF/DF!! I recommend having it with a glass of Mumm Marlborough bubbles! You just can’t beat a walk along the Mahurangi River until you build up an appetite and then a relaxing lunch at Warkworth Hotel

Sunday roast meal was amazing! Great portion and very tasty.nn Lovely live piano performance.nn Lovely interior design and atmosphere. Feels like a luxury to be here. The hotel its own story and identity.nn‍ Friendly staff
