Poor printing services, all the time their printers down. Technically poor all the time. Take ages to get a single photo. All ways short staff.
Poor customer service. There were 4 person but all of them failed to give proper answers and I am not satisfied with their useless answer and excuses. They were not interested to sell items. I got this from Petone store and same thing I asked in this store they refused to give on same price and didn’t give me proper answer. Worst experience ever. Strongly not recommend this store. All staff are like they need training.
StationeryYou need to train your staff on how to take picture for Visa , they don’t even take a good angle for specific requirements of photo. Expensive!Please follow this Photo Sample for Visa.
The Asian girl is good customer service however there's a short guy who's very rude and not helpful
Hugely dissatisfied. Waited second in queue for about 40 minutes. WHen it was my turn I asked for passport photos, I was told wait a second and she served the next 8 customers. Each time I said I'm not waiting again, I want my photos and she took horrific photos and told us they are fine and she couldn't fix them they don't follow the guidelines so unusable. Will never go here again
