Luckily was the last one left that I could see!!nnAlways pays to go in for a visit say hello and look at the stock and get to know the people there, it’s a great place they know the regulars and they’re great with the couriersnnAll round 10/10 from the stock of fish and other aquatic animals to the prices on stock of everything is bloody great, no big mark up just a team trying to help other animal lovers!nnI highly recommend this company for any aquatic needs and they’re a small locally owned business how good!!
Just discovered this pet shop. It reminds me of what a pet shop is supposed to be. Was fantastic looking at the variety of animals and pets. Not just rows of food and toys. We went in to hopefully buy a fish and they had some very cool fish but ended up walking out with a pair of finches....be warned you might buy more then intendednWill certainly be back to this cool little store. We brought a cage but sadly my partner made me build this for them instead....happens
I had such a great experience with this store and would highly recommend it, especially for beginners. They have a wide range of equipment at very reasonable prices, and the staff were incredibly patient and helpful in answering all my newbie questions without making me feel out of place.nnWhat really stood out to me was the quality of the fish. They are strong, healthy, and adapted to their new environment seamlessly, which gave me a lot of confidence in the store’s care and standards.nnHave been going back for more plants ans snails.
Absolutely fantastic service. I received my order the following day. The products are great quality and well packaged. One of my items wasn't in stock. When they got it back instock sent it at no extra cost. Within a week. First tome purchasing from this company and definitely will again. Definitely recommend
If I could give no stars I would. We purchased some fish today and went straight home. The two loaches we purchased were dead within an hour if getting home. We called and they did not want to help in any way. I worked at a pet store for three years and sold fish on a daily basis so am well versed in keeping fish so it was nothing that we did. Do not purchase fish from them if you want healthy fish. This is not the first time that this has happened.
