Thanks Ruth. Great service, the store was busy but when I got to the counter it was 100% efficiency. As for the price ... wowza. Great value and money well spent .... off back to the office on sunday to build another new website.
Ordered a personalized mug on the Sunday, went to pick it up a couple days later and they said their machine was broken. Would love to know why no one gave me a call or email to explain. Customer service is rubbish.
Ordered an office chair on Saturday and received an email the same day that it was ready for click and collect at Albany - AMAZING! Easy, fast and friendly pick up. Thanks!
Store manager is super rude and unprofessional. Lucky the assistant store manager is the opposite. Ruth should get promoted to store manager and the current one should get fired.
Purchased a HP small printer 3 month ago and it do not work well ever. Bring it back to store, staff helped replaced it with new onesame or other model you like immediately, not a "send to HP repair and keep you wait". Great service to customer.
We have been there three times for our printing and basically always they have a broken machine and wasted our time. Not recommended
