I was served by Kylie the most loveliest lady ever. 10/10 customer service. Went to the extra mile with me and helped me get a gift for my partner, I haven’t had that much great customer service in a while! Thank you so much!

Very bad, i am always buying perfumes from them, then i bought perfume for my daughter, who got the same perfume, i tried to get refund, they refused although it was in original condition. And they put the money in a card and the lady said to me, you have to use it within 3 monthes, which is against consumer grantees act. It is very bad customer servise.

I went to this pharmacy to get some supplements and found out they actually have a good range of prestige brands. I was super excited that they even have Dior Counter!! The counter manager of Dior, I believe her name is Coral. She was so lovely and patient. Suggested me the Dior Prestige skincare that suits my skin. I enjoyed every day when I put them on! Highly recommended!!

I had really good service today from Melody. She was kind, friendly and helped me with exactly what I needed. I also approached another staff member before her she passed me onto Melody as Melody was the more appropriate person for me to work with based on what I needed who was just as good !! Very good service. Will defiantly be back again

Honestly, really disheartened by this store. Went in to purchase perfume, was Left waiting at the counter while the staff member at the till was just standing there, yes she saw me, I was then shamed for asking to use Laybuy. And then told I need to go somewhere else to get ear piercings done as they were to busy for me. They had one person in the store. Brought my perfume and left.

The life Pharmacy I visit frequently, the combination of professional services, products and convenience. Very friendly staff. Coral is my favorite sales assistant, she is always helpful and providing professional suggestions for the customer.

Went here for passport photos, paid $20 for the digital version only to be told by DIA a month later due to wait times that it is in the incorrect format for passport photos. Rang life pharmacy and was told that they cannot supply it in the format as required by DIA JPEG and that I just have to get them done somewhere else! Not impressed, if you advertise that you do passport photos you should be doing them in the correct format for them to be accepted as passport photos! Now we have to get them redone and our passport application time starts again!

I was served by a lovely lady called Maria on the Lancôme counter, she was so helpful to me matching my foundation and primer. I will certainly be back as the products she recommended were perfect for me. Thank you.
