Don’t stay here.nReason 1: Room, including kitchenette, bathroom and soft furnishings infested with cockroaches see photos. They filled the kitchen and bathroom sinks, crawled over my water bottle, and joined us on the sofa.nReason 2: According to our accommodation neighbours, cockroaches were also present in their rooms.nReason 3: The room was not clean. Floors were dirty, couch felt grimy.nReason 4: Brought this to owners attention and her response was “you have the choice to leave” - not an ideal option as we were part of a large party voluntary organisation gathering for an annual event. She also refused our suggested request for a partial refund, as we had already used utilities and linen.nReason 5: Owner accused us of being ‘aggressive guests’ simply for bringing these things to her attention.
For $170 a night and considering peak holiday season versus some other well known and in much better condition holiday stays, this place lacks basic maintenance in terms of the rooms and pool area is rundown.nn* Pool area has cracked and holey wooden bench, loose concrete paving which again is a hazard as my daughter was holding on to the edge/surrounds of the inground pool itself and could have hurt herself.nnWould only stay again if desperately needed to overnight.nnLady who was acting manager and covering while the owner was away was great and took my feedback on board on behalf of the owner.
Very friendly host,clean room and aircon
Queit, comfortable, and absolutely lovely staff. We travel lots for work, and Definitely would stay here again. Yes it's dated but clean spacious and best sleeps in a while. The staff went above and beyond to service us which was much appreciated. I don't write reviews much. But thank you
We had an upstairs studio and it was clean and tidy. The owners were away however the manager left in charge was brilliant. Excellent customer service.
