Welcome to Waitomo TOP 10 Holiday Park

Waitomo Top 10 was awarded the Top 10 Supreme (best park) award at the 2011 Top 10 Group conference
Check out our Waitomo Caves location - we are conveniently located in the heart of Waitomo caves Village only 600 metres from the Waitomo Glowworm Cave. The famous Huhu Cafe is right next door (you can see your unit or site from the balcony). Guy and Cristabel's Waitomo General Store and Cafe is right across the road. Try their organically grown beef on our BBQ. The Waitomo caves Discovery centre is just down the road.

New Zealand's world-famous Waitomo Glow Worm Caves is only 600 metres away. The Waitomo Golf club is a 5 minute drive away and fantastic bush or rural walks are also very close by. The adventure companies are all close by and trips can be arranged by the park staff. You can even be picked up for your activity at the park.

Absolutely lovely time staying here - the staff and even other residents. We upgraded to the most pleasant little cabin which was spacious and well priced. Perfect location close to tourist spots and local restaurants and rainforest walks. Cannot recommend this company or park enough - my chess obsessed partner was thrilled at their life sized set. Really had the best time and we were sad to leave and wished we had booked longer
We have enjoyed staying here multiple times. A great place to stop over for the night for families. We stayed in the family cabins. Clean facilities, playground for the kids, and family room...with the outdoors to explore. Now that our family has grown would love a cabin that could fit 8!
Complete amenities. We took the ensuite cabin good for 3 person. Place was clean and tidy. Good for family, they have hot pool, swimming pool is under renovation. They have playground inside the campsite and outside. Waitomo glow worms visitor centre is only 5 mins drive to top 10 holiday park. General merchandise and cafe, pub is just across the campsite. Very accessible with everything, good location.
Fantastic!! Staff are absolutely super and the place couldn't have been more ideal for the Waitomo trail run. Facilities excellent and everything spotlessly clean even at full capacity. Definitely staying again!
Warm and inviting friendly staff. Accommodating beyond belief. The grounds were immaculate with impressive facilities. The most incredible sunset in summer. Will definitely be back.
$27pp, so little more expensive but that's because they are a 5min walk from the Waitomo Caves. Showers, Kitchen are clean. Dump Station very handy. Friendly staff. A little noisey throughout the night from other users. And I'd be keen to see if they would allow my parents trained dog because I saw other dogs even though their requirements are no dogs. You get wifi, but it's only 1Gb and it doesn't renew to the next day once gone. Powered site near dump station aren't flat and my chocks needed to be raised before I could use them But I considered staying another night as it's a good location.
Excellent location for Waitomo Caves, lovely staff, and good for the price, but not the best park we've stayed at - just fine overall. Laundry facilities were a bit dodgy new detergent system was confusing, the pool and hot tub were closed due to construction which they started before 8am!!, and the powered spots are quite tight/not at all secluded.
Very nice holiday park. Quiet and peaceful. Was fixing up the swimming pool in Dec and I guess they look ready now for summer!
Awesome place to stay with a family. Nice quiet camp ground plenty of things for the children to do at the grounds. Great restuarant across the road too.
Cosy little campground in need of an upgrade, glad to see they're taking steps to improve the quality of the amenities, the pool was under renovation when we stayed so only the hot tub was available for use.Service: 5/5
