I've been in and out of hospital a few times I take my hat off to the nurse's and the staff on call from the get go when they hear the call bell they get there as fast as they can sometimes to be abused yes I know some patients are in a lot of pain but think would you like someone screaming at you while you are trying to help. A lot of work places have after 2hrs you have a break but some of the nurse's are still on there feet well after 2 hrs.
I Recently had to get my Wife. Brenda admitted to the ER with intense pain due to a gall bladder issue which ended up having to be removed told it was rotten and Gangrene had set in what can I say the Ambulance people could not do enough an absolute pleasure to deal with on arriving at ER was taken through had amediate pain relief Doctor and Nursing staff very professional and explained everything even under stressful situations at times the level of care was excellent I cannot praise them high enough my wifes operation was rushed rhrough and she is now fine it certainly could have been a lot worse we are very fortunate to have these lovely professionals looking after us Kind Regards Mike Dring
I have just received my 2nd hip replacement and want to share how wonderfully I was cared for at the hospital. The food was lovely - great choices - but more importantly the staff are dedicated, caring, and friendly. I particularly liked the care given to me by a trainee nurse, called Sosoo, who went over and above what I would ever have expected. Thank you,nMarilyn Olds
I was in hospital for five days n the childrens ward and the cleaners barely did any cleaning I had to report a moldy shower curtain it was ridiculous the cleaners need to step up they don't even sweep the floor the only reason I'm giving two stars is because of the beautiful nurses that looked after me
I am writing two reviews because my experiences in two different parts of the hospital were very different. I arrived at A&E by ambulance in the morning. Great assessment care provided, and I was admitted to HDU by mid afternoon. I spent several days in HDU, and was so impressed with all staff: drs, nurses, auxillary etc. I was kept informed at all times about my diagnosis and care. The food was also good for hospital food.. we are lucky to have such dedicated staff.
