Last Thurs I was feeling the worst I ever had. After years of looking after others I got sick 81 felt so bad I wrapped warm coat over my pjs and went. Dr saw me in 8 minutes and was thorough and respectable which I appreciated. On the improve alone in my house but all is well. Thank you so much.When I said to Dr I can't beleive I have come like this and was told its because you are very sick.
Is it normal practice for doctors to prescribe new medicine when the doctor hasn't seen or spoken to the patient? Pretty stupid if u ask me! The diabetes nurse has spoken to the patient, but we haven't received the results of my husband's blood test!
Fantastic staff. Never had an issue, my Dr always contacted me or had a nurse contact me to make sure i was ok, especially when starting new meds and when needing bloods or scans.
I'm disgusted in Rebecca who took my partners phone call an was absolutely nasty. She shouldn't be working with people if she has that attitude. My partner dreads going to the Dr's an now is really put off. All he asked was could she please give him the number for where his xray referral was sent to. She acted like he asked her to climb mount everest an became nasty . Who ca. We complain to. She shouldn't be allowed to treat anyone like that
While I know our health system is under pressure, I truly appreciate the speed in which my son was seen for urgent medical care for his dislocated knee. The nurses and Dr's where amazing. The Dr booked a follow up appt for 3 days later, then promptly booked an ultra-sound scan, ordered us a repeat script for medícation and then ensured our referral to the specialist was action quickly. While my son is waiting for this specialist appointment, I know MMC did all they can for him a very timely manner. Thank you.
