Saw my new doctor here for the first time yesterday. Absolutely lovely. I feel very confident in her care. The nurse I saw was just as nice. Great experience.
I am frustrated that the medical staff are unable to get a repeat script right and when you call it is not fixed until the next day.nPerhaps a complaints procedure may be well worth following. It is not good enough, no excuses
This is a fantastic Medical Center, the staff are friendly and helpful. The Doctor's are very professional.nI recommend this as one of the best medical centers I have ever come across.
Booked an appointment came in at given time only to be sent to the black seats where I was left to rot for hours then got charged $54 and didn't receive any treatment just sent to the chemist for eardrops that also not funded so had to pay for that too
Last Thurs I was feeling the worst I ever had. After years of looking after others I got sick 81 felt so bad I wrapped warm coat over my pjs and went. Dr saw me in 8 minutes and was thorough and respectable which I appreciated. On the improve alone in my house but all is well. Thank you so much.When I said to Dr I can't beleive I have come like this and was told its because you are very sick.
