Receptionist today could not be less pleased to speak to me. Short attitude and was so dismissive and reluctant to give me directions. I dont know why this lady is in a customer facing position. What a miserable person.
My husband and I went in as he has bad lungs and had the flu. Was seen by lovely nurses and they got everything sorted. Very nice to deal with.
Last Thurs I was feeling the worst I ever had. After years of looking after others I got sick 81 felt so bad I wrapped warm coat over my pjs and went. Dr saw me in 8 minutes and was thorough and respectable which I appreciated. On the improve alone in my house but all is well. Thank you so much.When I said to Dr I can't beleive I have come like this and was told its because you are very sick.
Is it normal practice for doctors to prescribe new medicine when the doctor hasn't seen or spoken to the patient? Pretty stupid if u ask me! The diabetes nurse has spoken to the patient, but we haven't received the results of my husband's blood test!
I'm disgusted in Rebecca who took my partners phone call an was absolutely nasty. She shouldn't be working with people if she has that attitude. My partner dreads going to the Dr's an now is really put off. All he asked was could she please give him the number for where his xray referral was sent to. She acted like he asked her to climb mount everest an became nasty . Who ca. We complain to. She shouldn't be allowed to treat anyone like that
