Great value. Nice room. Free and safe parking with lots of available spaces. Pleasant staff. Great location with fairly easy access to downtown including train access via 15 minute walk to Sylvia Park station, airport, and steps away from the very pleasant trail along the Panmure Basin. Highly recommend walking that trail for scenic views and seeing the Swag bird. During our stay this hotel was very quiet and the rooms/beds were very clean and comfortable with nice shower. Only very minor issue was that the nice pool and hot tub are outside okay, was too cold for pool okay but hot tub which front desk talked about was actually operating under a tight cover which would have required some work to unhook the cover and use the hot tub. Thus I had headed out there in swim gear at advice of front desk only to find it was covered up and wasn’t sure they wanted me to unhook like 20 tie downs and uncover it to use it. Walkability: Very nice trail adjacent to hotel.
Spent five days, enjoyed the whole experience. Meals were delicious. All staff are so friendly right from the front desk to restaurant and the lovely girls who service the rooms. Highly recommend!Rooms: 5/5
This is our second stay here we were impressed by the up to date new bathrooms in the lagoon wing, the cost is affordable - provides comfortable beds and close access to Sylvia park 2min and the airport 20 min. We had young children in our group and we really appreciated the restaurants above and beyond care of them. All enjoyed the pool my one improvement would be a hotter adult spa pool would have topped off an awesome stay.
Stayed here for three nights with two young children , room size and bed size are great . Jess one of the house keeper on level 3 , very very kindly watched over my washing and put it in the dryer for me while I headed out to the shops ,saved me a lot of stress , thank you so kindly Jess ! Found the rest of staff super friendly as well : Only issue is I felt that the buffets overall slightly overpriced , for the quality etc microwave in room would have been handy especially with young kids but overall definitely will be staying there again when my husband is up for work again:
Super convenient. I was able to check in late as my flight was delayed. Communication is spot on. Quick response to all questions. The room was tidy and everything was in working order. Breakfast available with the stay! The guy at the front desk was on to it aswell. Very good experience all round.Rooms: 5/5
Lovely hotel. Beautiful view from the room we stayed in and fantastic room service with a great menu. Best buffet breakfast I've had in a very long time. Amazing shower. Would 100% recommend this hotel.
Wow what a great place to stay, very clean and fresh rooms, good views, easy to go for a wonder around the basin. Nice bar. Super good location for concerts at Mt Smart and Sylvia Park shopping. Very good buffer breakfast. Rooms: Nicely freshened up and feel very big. Nearby activities: Close to Mt smart and Sylvia Park Food & drinks: Great little bar with outdoor seating
Food and restaurant service was awesome. Front counter staff never assisted with my constant request to fix the inroom safe. After 2 days i left and safe was still not working. Food & drinks: Great food and restaurant with great view.
The room was very big and cosy for my little family. We checked in a little bit earlier and was able to go to the room as soon as we checked in. Everything was wonderful and had great service from staff members the gym was wonderful along with the swimming pool and spa. Food was very enjoyable for me but my partner wasn't as fond but that's just him being picky. Thank you waipuna for having us. Rooms: Superior twin room was very big and had lots of space. Clean and very tidy has storage and very equipped. Food & drinks: Food was wonderful. Not much options of meat dishes but very tasty. Room service was very good and so is the bar.
This hotel is an excellent choice when staying in Auckland. Huge well maintained grounds with spacious rooms. Restaurant with room service and late night menu as well. Spa gym and pool with an enormous pint of onsite parking. Rooms: Large rooms with daily room service Safety: Quiet area and large well maintained grounds.
