Brilliant place to stay. nice & warm and very clean & tidy, the shower was awesome, If I go back too waiouru I would stay there. Again....A+
Never met the owners. They booked us while we were traveling and we had to leave early in the morning. They had the room heated when we arrived. Comfortable clean and really cosy. Shout out to the owners with a huge thank you. Highly recommended

This motel is very well placed, and convenient for those traveling on the SH1. It is very simple but clean and tidy. The owner was very nice. I will take this into account for my next trip.
Stopped here fir the. Matt was very helpful in direction for parking our large truck. Felt safe with a police station across the road ha ha. Rooms very tidy, clean and comfortable. Our room 16 had a little kitchenette, a bonus so we could have our hot porridge. Thanks team , for a good night sleep.
Price wise the bed was sooo comfortabl I've payed more for a worse night sleep. it was cold so a faster heating system would have been lovely. very accommodating considering it was a last minute booking im not sure if they allways do this but got a couple of complimentary beer
Stayed here for a few nights...nice and warm and very cozy...food and bars just up the road
Great hospitality.. Place is a little outdated but if you need to stay somewhere in Waiouru, highly recommend this place.
