The͏ right person for the job! Having dealt with a different agency and agent months prior and not selling, Paul came in with a fresh approach and a good understanding of the market. As we have moved away from the region, I have never met Paul however his phone calls kept me in the loop every step of the way. He went beyond his role of agent many times helping with garden issues and things around the house we could not do ourselves. I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul to anyone wanting to sell, he gets the job done.

Solid experience here. Paul is extremely professional and well organised, unfailingly getting in touch exactly when he said he would. His advice about the market and our prospects was informed, consistent and proved accurate. I always prefer under-promising and over-delivering, which was what happened here! This wasn't a typical sale and was a tough ask but Paul and his team worked very hard and delivered an outstanding result, especially given the current market. The three of them work extremely well together, it was a very seamless experience for me as the vendor's representative. I've bought and sold houses before and this was a very good experience. The team know the Wainuiomata market, know their stuff and treat people well. In contrast, the competition were late submitting a proposal, it wasn't in line with the verbal advice they gave me and they didn't follow up with even a single email or phone call. The difference was pretty stark!
