After cooking to the highest standard for nearly 20 years in the UK and here, Paul decided to bring his wealth of customer service knowledge to the real estate industry. Having had a long association with real estate through a long standing family business in the UK, Paul feels he will be able to meet and exceed customer expectations in customer service and delivery by being as good as his word!

In his spare time Paul still enjoys cooking for his toughest critics, his wife Paula and his step daughter Emmerson, as well as walking his dogs and catching up with friends Paul enjoys making sausages and trying to perfect the perfect home brew.

Exceptional Service and a Pleasure to Work With. I was looking for buying my first home in Wellington. As a first home buyer, I have visited multiple properties hosted by Team Butcher and was full of queries. All the agents of Team Butcher I have met was very friendly and helpful. I met Chris Ingram, who have helped me through the entire process, at a open home for the property. He had welcomed me with a smile and explained patiently about the details of the the property. He was very professional through the entire buying process. He had scheduled meetings at later hours to suit my busy work schedule. There are multiple instances where he had to chase the vendor or their solicitor to get the things in motion and he was excellent at it. Chris have cleared all my queries with great patience and explained me the process to the core details. He encouraged me in asking questions and clearing all my doubts as he said - "It's always good to ask questions and clear everything and there are never too many questions". He was honest and straight about answering my question, which also installed a sense of confidence in me. His friendly nature and eagerness to help is something that always stand out. There was a time when I had to postpone the date of putting the offer by few days, as I was sorting out my finances. Chris was very patient and supported me to get it done. He made me feel comfortable and gave me a good idea of the amount/percentage of money needed at each stage of the process and how I can manage it in the best way. I am grateful to have Team Butcher - Chris Ingram as my agent for buying my first home. Thanks for making it a wonderful experience and all the support you have provided over the course of the buying process.
Chris Ingram & Team Butcher. We dealt with Chris as our representative from Team Butcher, and he was stellar to deal with the entire period. It was our first time selling, and Chris assisted throughout with our beginners questions and so forth. Team Butcher bring significant knowledge, including advice on how to tidy up/stage the house without impairing it’s usefulness for living. We were very happy with the communication throughout, and there was clearly an effort over and above the opposition. I felt the value for money was very high, and would happily sell again with Team Butcher. 10/10, or rather 5 stars out of 5 for Team Butcher - thank you!
Made it simpler. Paul was the one who showed us the house. That was my first time viewing a house to buy. He explained the complex process of buying a house as simply as possible. We shocked hands and then I left. The following processes were handled by Chris. Chris was very helpful and responsive. He gave straight answers to my questions without making me more confused. They are both very professional. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a house. At the time of writing this review, we haven't settled in the house yet, but I trust they would try to help me if got obstacles before the settlement date.
Great service, went above and beyond. Chris, who is part of the Paul Butcher team was our go-to and absolutely went above and beyond for us. From providing options within our specifications to being available whenever we needed him - we have been left both impressed and happy with our experience with Chris.
