Waingaro Hot Springs

It's old and outdated , we still enjoyed our day trip from Auckland. Nice pool temperature and the slides were super fast. Could do with a cold dip pool after the hot thermal one. Nice family time

I really enjoyed this place. Yes, its outdated and a tad over priced but the pools, sheltered areas were clean and tidy. The changing rooms and toilets were clean and roomy. My favourite thing was that it wasn't over crowded and the kids loved the slides! We will be returning!

It's a great place for the kids to do bombs, have space to swim without feeling overcrowded. It's a shame that no money is being invested to do the place up as it has so much potential. I use to go as a kid that was 26 years ago and it's looking so tired.

Great place for families and camping.. it's a bit outdated but loved our view from our powered site to keep an eye out on the kids down at the pools.

Pretty run down these days, cracks in the kids slides, picnic tables covered with bird poo. Could be nice again with a bit of a fix up and cleaning before opening each day, would make it worth the price of entry. Nice staff.

Had an absolutely fantastic day here, appreciate it for what it is and you'll enjoy it. Great time relaxing with the family. Slides are awesome and monitored really well. Highly recommend.

Beautiful water quality, warm and clean. Whole facility in need of maintenance. Friendly staff.
