My friend and I stopped for gas today feb 16 at about 7:30pm and had the worst experience ever. We had an issue with our fuel door not opening after I had already put my card through for $80 on the pump. No big deal, but since I had already put my card in and selected the amount to pay I just wanted to make sure that I wouldn’t actually get a charge to my card, since I wasn’t going to be able to grab gas at that moment. I went in to inquire quickly about it and received the worst treatment from the man working there. He didn’t listen to a word I said and went off on me about how he couldn’t let me pre-pay. I tried to explain that I was not actually asking to pay, I just wanted to know that I wasn’t going to receive a charge on my card. He acted completely annoyed and exasperated and treated me like I was the most inconvenient and annoying person. When I was trying to explain my question he kept insisting that I could not pre pay and was accusing me of simply not listening to him, even though I completely understood what he was saying, it just had nothing at all to do with my actual question. I ended up leaving without ever getting my question answered because he wouldn’t let me say a single word. He then followed me out to my car, I don’t know why that was necessary but I left without saying a word. I have never left a negative review in my life but this was such an incredibly disrespectful situation that I felt like I had to.
Every staff member is Helpful & Friendly.nTheres a Great selection of Generously made Homemade sandwiches...& hot takeout morning teas,. Loos are clean. Fuel is cheaper if you bring your smiles card!.nFill gas bottles too
Love this garage. It’s my hubby’s & my Go to place! The staff are very customer serviced focussed friendly & chatty. Their mousetraps are yumm too!
I came here to pass the WOF of my old diesel car. I'm a traveler but they were really nice and didn't try to rip me off at all while other mechanics could have tried. Very professional and trusty, really appreciate their work and tips. They also fixed all what they could do within the hour scheduled for the WOF not trying to charge extra, only the parts a couple of bulbs in my case.
My favourite stop! Whilst it's self-serve on the forecourt, the shop staff make it worthwhile! Always bright breezy and professional. Nothing's a bother!
