My friend and I stopped for gas today feb 16 at about 7:30pm and had the worst experience ever. We had an issue with our fuel door not opening after I had already put my card through for $80 on the pump. No big deal, but since I had already put my card in and selected the amount to pay I just wanted to make sure that I wouldn’t actually get a charge to my card, since I wasn’t going to be able to grab gas at that moment. I went in to inquire quickly about it and received the worst treatment from the man working there. He didn’t listen to a word I said and went off on me about how he couldn’t let me pre-pay. I tried to explain that I was not actually asking to pay, I just wanted to know that I wasn’t going to receive a charge on my card. He acted completely annoyed and exasperated and treated me like I was the most inconvenient and annoying person. When I was trying to explain my question he kept insisting that I could not pre pay and was accusing me of simply not listening to him, even though I completely understood what he was saying, it just had nothing at all to do with my actual question. I ended up leaving without ever getting my question answered because he wouldn’t let me say a single word. He then followed me out to my car, I don’t know why that was necessary but I left without saying a word. I have never left a negative review in my life but this was such an incredibly disrespectful situation that I felt like I had to.

Love this garage. It’s my hubby’s & my Go to place! The staff are very customer serviced focussed friendly & chatty. Their mousetraps are yumm too!
Every staff member is Helpful & Friendly.nTheres a Great selection of Generously made Homemade sandwiches...& hot takeout morning teas,. Loos are clean. Fuel is cheaper if you bring your smiles card!.nFill gas bottles too
Always a pleasant place to visit. Expensive fuel but they can't help that. Great food and extra friendly staff.
