It's super convenient being so close to my place, but after my last experience, I'm pretty turned off. I went in to grab a SIM card and was waiting in line when a guy with longer hair waved me over to an available counter I hadn't noticed. He didn’t smile or say anything friendly, and his tone was sarcastic and snarky. Definitely needs to work on his customer service skills.
Andy & the team here are amazing! It is my first stop in the morning for the best coffee & service in town!! Always friendly banter, fast service and as mentioned the best coffee in town! Thank you for being awesome team & thank you for providing me with great coffee to start my day!
Great staff. Make sure you grab a hot chocolate off of Helen if she's working the coffee machine...they're the best in town!
Service here is pre pay, which is so inconvenient, we are not used to this system in Australia. The guy inside was very polite & understanding & the toilets were clean
