A hidden track hence only 90 reviews. Great track along the river but you can’t go into the river. The sign post is great, waikato river now contributes to ~40% of Auckland drinking water, di it plays a vital role to the future entity A.
Beautiful and Serene. I usually come across friendly people whenever I take a stroll down from the Waikato river walk point Pukete Rd till the Waikato Equestrian Centre. Watching horses chill around adds to the charm.
Awesome walk along the river. Wheelchair accessible in most parts, a few steep pushes/hills. Non wheelie friendly areas identified in map photos
A beautiful, scenic walk on a Sunday afternoon with the family and our dogs. Loved it.
