Tobias and Brad were a fantastic team for us in selling our home. They ensured communication with us was quick and clear. Both were open and honest with us to ensure we could make the right educated decision when that time came along and it did, quicker than we anticipated. It was an emotional roller-coaster for us in selling our home as we loved it so much and had many ties to it, they recognised this immediately and patiently guided us through the process to the final day when handing over the keys to the new owners. Even post selling the house both checked in on us to see how we are enjoying our new home. If you want a really personal touch by people who care when selling your home then these two are on point.
We first came across Waiheke Homes when I spotted a sold sign at a house up the road. After getting in touch, Tobias and Brad stopped by and gave us an appraisal. What I loved about working with them from the start was their friendly, professional and non-pushy approach - they moved at a pace that worked for us and we never felt under pressure. When it came to selling, the process was handled with precision; they were great communicators and we were thrilled with the result. Couldn't recommend Waiheke Homes enough.
Looking for a beach house, we viewed many open homes over quite a few months, with agents from Waiheke Homes. Each one was easy to deal with, thank you Tobias, Brad & Andrew. We finally purchased our beach house in April with Jude Watson; the sale went smoothly because Jude kept us in the loop, with everything that was happening. Jude was such a pleasure to deal with, professional, friendly and bubbly, thank you so much. The visit on move in day, with Jude arriving with a welcome home mat & bottle of champagne was a lovely finishing touch to the whole process.
Brad, Tobias and team at WAIHEKE HOMES are just the best! They were thorough and professional and great to work with. The lads kept us up to date with everything, they were honest and forthright- no games. They knew the property inside and out and worked it. We feel top dollar was achieved and came away with nothing but praise. I highly recommend!
Highly recommended… Brad and Tobias helped to sell my home on Waiheke just over a year ago. Their attention to detail, consistent approach of going above and beyond and natural flare at customer service made the process a joy. I can not thank the boys enough for supporting my son Oscar and I through this process. It allowed us to begin our next happy chapter. And I now have friends for life. Without Tobias's help we would probably still be looking for our forever home. Tobias went over and above what we would expect to help us find and make an offer on the house and even guided us through a level 4 lockdown settlement. I was so lucky to have the amazing Tobias. He made the whole process a breeze. I love his enthusiasm and his humour. He even went the distance to check our property out as a neighbour noticed a door open. What a gem When we sell Tobias will be our main man
