Just big thank you to Nikki! I had tried cutting and coloring my own hair and botched it up pretty bad. She was honest in what she could do with the timeframe we had, she had to leave at one point to pick up her kids and she even came back after to complete the job. So grateful to her for her patience and excellence. I had a great experience.Service: Hair coloring

My overall first experienced in this place is not good!!The amount that i paid for is not worth it with regards to hair color especially the haircut .. didn't get the looks/haircut that i wanted even though i have photo that i showed to the Lady who done my hair ..I'm very very disappointed!!!!. When i told her its not the looks/haircut that i wanted that's why the other Lady helped her to make it nice but still it doesn't look good to me ...i washed it for 3x already and the color is started to look ugly.
WOW, Dee works magic, highly recommend her, recently moved to Whakatane no idea who to go to & walked into Vivo Dee made me feel so important & really took care of me. As you can see from photos, Dee changed my look, made me feel beautiful, pampered me & the salon itself so cute, love the teacup & lights plus Dee gives the most outstanding customer service
Ladies were super nice, loved my haircut I went in for a big chop and some pretty highlights to add dimension. Will definitely go back

I was looking forward having my first appointment at Vivo, but unfortunately it turned out to be pretty disappointing... I got half head highlights done, but couldn't see any difference to my look before, after telling the hairdresser that I can't see a change, she told me I would see it outside, after leaving the salon. Never heard anything like that before in my life. Usually you should see it straight away, doesn't matter if in- or outside. After coming home, even my partner asked me if I haven't been to the hairdresser, because I looked the same as before, he even advised me to go and get my money back. Which is not really a compliment for a good hairdresser. In the end I wasted 3.5 hours and 185 $. Pretty sad, because I was hoping to find a great hairsalon here, after seeing the good reviews..Service: Hair coloring
Despite being a last minute hair appointment, Jaz came through for me! Very friendly and chatty, attentive with a solid eye for detail. Thanks heaps Jaz!
Would totally recommend Parisse! She made me feel so welcome, shes awesome @ her craft, very knowledgeable about her products & she turned my “haystack” right around! Loving the Olaplex kit & looking forward to coming back in the new year when your not fully booked to get some colour! Thank you
