Always enjoy getting my hair done at Haircraft. My stylist "Chloe" is amazing and I am always happy with my hair.
Completely disappointing. Hair was a bit messed up due to attempted box colouring months ago but was told by three different staff members that they could get my hair to the color I asked for and had quoted me at $180, long story short what I have now is an absolute mess. I asked for a rich burgundy colour and even picked it out on their colour chart and showed photos of said colour. After being told that they could do it, I came out with random highlights that I did not want and just a Ruddy brown colour. The issue is that half my hair was already brown. And granted they told me they were putting foils in as a "change of mind" but they didn't not explain what foils where nor did they tell me that it would cost me an extra $60! Nothing can explain how gutted and hurt I am by this experience. Never going back, not that they offered to fix it anyway. Included is the photo of the color I wanted and a photo of my hair after they finished.
The staff are total magicians with colour, and are just so lovely, too. Couldn't have been happier with the service - thank-you!
