Not happy with the service I received, first of all customer service is just poor don’t once did I feel like they actually cared about what I was asking for. I went in wanting medium volumed cat eyes lashes. Get seated in a salon chair then had a whole bunch of eyelash's sat on my forehead the whole time so I was being lashed from my forehead. Which isn’t professional at all. Opened my eyes they stung the most they’ve ever stung for a good few minutes and I get lashes fortnightly which this never happens. Then I wasn’t happen with the way they looked one eye was cat eye and one totally different. Instead of making me feel better about spending $105 on a service they just told me I was wrong and I what she done was right. Worst experience being a beauty therapist myself no before care with waxing and wow the eyebrow tint is horrible you rushed everything and my eyebrows look horrible. Sandeep and Manpreet have done both waxing and lashes for me and I am absolutely stocked with my results. My lashes have now been in for 5 weeks and they still look fly…the waxing wasn’t as painful as I thought and Sandeep made me feel absolutely comfortable during my service. Thankyou guys heaps! Love their services! Will forever be back and highly recommend them to everyone. I always come here for my brows too…can’t even explain how nice these people are! They are amazing! First came here and the service is very friendly and they knew what they are doing too! They can recommend what's better for you so don't hesitate coming here. I did eyebrow threading and the results is great! Also did acne treatment facial, feels like the bad oil from my face is gone. Thank you Vish Beauty Bar!

I've always had a great experience when having my lashes and brows done. The ladies are friendly and know what they're doing and they listen to what you want and have always followed through.

The service didn't even deserve a 1 star! More like 0. The lady that did my henna today ruined my entire day, no opologies even. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.. If you're planning to get henna from this place please DON'T! Incompetent/inexperienced and very poor communication. I expected that I would get the best henna here considering their pricey designs and also to be informed of anything I should know before she could even proceed. The henna that was done on my hands was an absolute mess, doesn't even look like anything I chose from their designs. She told me its my fault I never stopped her when she was doing my first hand and also because the length of my fingers were small/short ?‍. Then Why the heck was I never told this before. I would've chosen another design or go to another place. Disgusting messy henna! My husbands' cousins would do a much better job than this unskilled lady. Thanks to the lady who gave me 50% of my money back.

The ladies in Rotorua Vish beauty bar are amazing !! Manpreet & sandeep are my go to ladies there is no other place in Rotorua I’ll get my eye brows and eye lash extensions done, great services and conversations everything thank yous so much ladies see yous next week

Best service in town. Both the girls are amazing at what they do. I would recommend everyone to come here. Very neat and tidy.
