We had a great shopping experience with friendly customer service! My daughter and I received a sample bag too. The attendant was thoroughly knowledgeable about the product locations and that made shopping a breeze. I suggest aisle markers or aisle numbering but overall great place to shop for beauty supplies

This will be my go-to beauty supply store from now on! I was nicely greeted when I walked in and was recommended some amazing products for my family's hair! The products worked just as well as the female employee told me they would, and I greatly appreciate her helpfulness! I also like that they have a loyalty program as well! I would definitely recommend.

I use to come here all the time with no one following me around as if I was a thief. When I normally come I am driving 20 minutes past many other business to pay more because the prices are a little higher but I want to try to support our people. Today this BLACK owned business has lost my business The lady followed me and my children around even after I told her I was fine, she didn’t return to the counter until I checked out. You can’t support black owned when they treat you no different than the others. At least I expect this from the regular beauty supplies and I can very well save my time and money. #Natalya’sbeautysupply I will follow up with social media post as well. This lady is Sent by the angels. Very nice place to shop. Clean and well organized. I felt peace and love going to this store. Very friendly and helpful. I would recommend thus place to everyone.

I visited this place and it was nice. The ladyI forget names sorry helped me out quickly and I believe I was out of the store within ten minutes. Had all if the products I needed. Will be back again!

Glad to have a well run Black owned beauty supplier in my neighborhood. Though the store is small, the owner is always helpful and willing to stock items upon request. I support this store by shopping here for all of my hair care needs.

The One and Only Beauty Store I have been going to for over 14 Years. I absolutely love the owner I remember always going there after school in walking out with a big smile and such appreciation for the amazing staff and how they make you feel beautiful and welcome.

I absolutely LOVE coming here! It has everything that I need beauty related. Along with a great selection of products, they have PHENOMENAL customer service. Renée is awesome! In fact, all of the ladies that work there are fabulous. Natalya' Beauty Supply is a one-stop shop. If Renée doesn't have it, she goes out of her way to get it whatever it might be.

For so long I have searched for a beauty supply store that not only caters to the specific needs of black hair care but is also black owned. Today was my first time visiting Natalya's. My sister and I were both pleased and impressed. The staff is very business savvy and knowledgeable as well as personable. The store is limited on the products they carry but had everything I needed. If you do not see a product you are looking for, ask for it! As for me I will continue to support this business as it was worth the trip to experience it for myself! UPDATE 4/17/2020 If you are in need of beauty supplies and have reserves about going into the store practice social distancing people...PLEASE!!!!, Natalya's is offering curbside pickup. I decided to give it a try and was very pleased. Order was accurate and she had all the supplies I needed. Just call ahead to make sure you can get what you need before arriving to the store for pickup. :-
