After a difficult few months we decided to change and take our cat to Village Vets for another opinion. We received total honest and professional advice and although perhaps not the outcome we would have liked we valued their expertise. We received friendly and helpful service from the very first phone call. We also received kind words and support after our loss. Although he is deeply missed at least now we know that he is no longer suffering and we thank them for all that they did.
Have taken my 10 yr old toy poodle to many vets and groomers over the years, but Village Vets are our absolute favourite. We trust them whole-heartedly with our boy and we are very comfortable leaving him in their care especially with some complications over the years. what a bonus that Jeannie is incredible and also gives him the tidiest groom.
Great service. Jeanie is a brilliant vet, an animal whisperer even! And always remembers our cat’s history. Jeanie’s assistants are friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a caring knowledgeable local vet clinic.
I’ve recently moved our pet whanau to Village Vets and am so pleased with the care we’re receiving. We have two older cats that have been in for their check ups and treatment and I can’t recommend them enough. One of our cats, who is not doing so well due to her age, is needing repeated visits, and Jeannie has a knack of advising me but also including me in the care plan, without pressure. Highly recommend this thoughtful and caring practice.
We have been clients of Village Vets since they arrived in Churton Park, we have been well served when things are good and more importantly truly cared for when things are not. I cannot recommend them enough for our furry family members.

Jeannie and her amazing team have looked after us through some tough times with our cats, and our new puppy. They are always very thorough, and don’t leave anything to chance. And when we have to leave our pets there for treatment, they always get loads of love and attention. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with them. Thanks team!
Amazing practice, couldn't recommend more! Great in both routine and emergency appointments! Had a recent accident and couldn't feel better taken care of, all of the staff there are wonderful!
