MY MISION
As a graduate of the Australian Institute of Fitness (AIF), my mission as a personal trainer is to prevent Sedentary Death Syndrome (SeDs). Millions of people around the world die too early or with too low quality of life, simply because of the lack of physical activity. Exercise truly is one of the best medicines; it reduces the incidences and impact of most known chronic lifestyle diseases.

My name literally means “Victory” in Vanuatu. I live up to my name in all aspects of life and I want to show you how you can be victorious through your fitness journey with me. Whether you are looking to Lose Weight, Sculpt your Body, or get more Energy and Strength to make daily jobs easier. I want to bring back the “personal” in personal training. As a PT, I view your successes as my own, which makes me keen to motivate you to get results.
