A BIT ABOUT MY BACKGROUND: I’ve been strength training for 13 years, a successful competitive natural bodybuilder (INBA North Queensland), mobile personal trainer in Cairns, soldier in the NZ army, and zookeeper working with exotic animals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certified Personal Trainer (Lvl 4), Netfit Auckland
- Certificate in Sports Training & Development, Southern Institute of Technology
- Level 1 ASCA accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach
- Current Senior First Aid certificate & CPR
