They are an awesome company! When they installed our a/c unit we have had no issues and they do their annual maintenance as well. The workmanship is top notch as they leave the area looking clean without any mess left behind. Would recommend to anyone if they were looking at installing heat pumps :

Originally got in touch for a ducted system but had to scale back to individual units, Mike was friendly and professional and very understanding. The installation crew were great, turned up on time, talked through the process, and got stuck in. They even cleaned up after themselves, which seems to be exceptional these days. This was our second time dealing with Varcoe after our last house, and I'd happily get them in again.

Amazing service. Customer service from Jacob was wonderful, helped me every step. Steven was also friendly & helpful. Got my air conditioning unit working without any issues.

Almost a great install, had a leak that caused carpet damage. However brilliant communications , accepted all cleaning/ make good costs, great outcome. Love the Ducted Heating.

Appointment made with difficulty, also appt time delayed without notice. However apology + discount from company, much appreciated. Once tech arrived good service. Thanx for the opportunity for feed back.

I had Varcoe install and continue to service my heat pumps. They found the best position for these and the installation was done without a problem. Servicing is always done professionally.

Varcoe Air Conditioning helped me out with getting my Heat Pump working again. They did experience a bit of trouble with ordering the parts needed for the job, but they managed to get in the parts needed. They came to my place as soon as they got the parts and fixed my Heat Pump. I will be using Varcoe Air Conditioning in the future.
