Awesome team of people, been visiting for a couple of years now. Even if you aren't going in to buy anything and just want to spin a yarn they are more than accommodating! Great example of a community focused business.

Visited here quite a while ago and had a great experience. The shop assistant was really knowledgeable and also stayed open a little later so I could get my juice before it was too late! Really appreciated him going the extra mile - and he also had the flavour I prefer. Great service.
Amazing service. Nathan built the kit in front of me and explained everything clearly. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He nailed it with the flavours after I explained what I wanted. I am very pleased and I will be back again. Many thanks.
Brought two vapes one for me and one for my partner. After just one month or so both vapes stuffed. Contact them sent them back one vape was overheating so much thought it was going to explode then the other just stopped altogether and didn't work !!!!!! Then they replaced one that died and returned the one that overheating cause they couldn't find what was wrong with it and refused to replace it. So we got the one that died replaced for my partner free with a different vape and I got a different one twoat more cost to me cause I didn't trust the vape that overheated so now we have two new vapes and just over a week old my partner one is arcing and the coil glowing red and both vapes after leaving over night when we go to bed all the vape juice has all leaked out onto my table. Took to timaru vapourium and he did say they ones the replaced our ones for were sub standard vapes and they have had loads of problems with that brand and not sure why they were suggested. So tried to call again today and left messages buy no response so not happy at all!!!!!. Really can't recommend at lest until they are willing to rectify our situation but we doubt they will so now we have four vapes that are totally useless so maybe look elsewhere now
These guys ROCK! great wealth of knowledge, friendly and willing to help show you what you need to do. They have a great range of mods, tanks and the most awesome juice! Only problem I have with this place, is everytime I go there I end up buying something else which I think I need.
Excellent service!! Highly recommend Vaporium. Nathan went above and beyond to get my older unit up and running without trying to upsell me a newer unit! He stripped it down, cleaned, reassembled and fitted a new coil free of charge. Legendary service!! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Nathan
I've had great customer service from the team here every time I go in. Super knowledgeable, helpful and kind! Sorted me out in 5 minutes when my vape had a leak due to me cracking the glass. Really fantastic people, thanks Vaporium team.
My first shop review on Google and this one is well deserved. If I could give extra stars I would. The Customer Service without a doubt the best!!! Super friendly service, very knowledgeable, range to suit all levels of vapers and quality products. If your looking for customer service that exceeds expectations then I highly recommend the Timaru Vapourium. I have only been in the vape scene for three months. But After having a bad run with a faulty product from another shop I came here to upgrade to a bigger and better unit. I already had a rough idea of the product i was after from browsing through the website, but coming here was the best move I could have made. The owner was super helpful in helping me to confirm that the product I was interested in would suit my needs, allowing me to hold and compare them all whilst asking all the right questions to see what it was I wanted the unit to do. Not once did I feel like I was being pushed for A sale nor did I feel the slightest bit rushed in making my decision. He was more than happy to keep the shop open for an extra 40 mins after close time just to happily answer questions and provide insight that I just had not found at any other vape shops in Ashburton or Christchurch. He helped me set up the unit just to walk me through it's operation, most other stores would have made the sale and been done with it. But here I was welcomed to ask all the questions that I had and the owner was excited to be sharing his knowledge. All in all I feel like I walked into the store as a novice vaper and have left with the insight of an advance vaper with an advanced unit. %100 if your in the market for any vape gear or even have any curiosities and questions do not give Timaru Vapourium a miss. I feel like I have made a friend and you guys have definitely made a super​ satisfied customer. RECOMMEND TO ALL!!!!!
Love going in here and chatting with the staff ! Angus helped me out when my order was misplaced on the online store and hooked me up with all the stuff i needed hes a mad GC ! Also thank you nathan for excellent customer service !
