Mobile Monk? nah, Mobile Monkeys! Fast Service but Cheap Screens and Big Profits... got my screen replaced $130 only for it to BREAK IN MY POCKET THE DAY AFTER! I made them aware of the issue straight away and offered to pay more if they ordered in a better screen and replaced it to which they refused. ABUSE OF MONOPOLY, second phone I've had repaired by them and am extremely disappointed, will be traveling to Christchurch with my cash from now on.
Awful service! The lady in the store fixed my battery and I came out with none functioning front camera! Refused to refund it because she didn’t fill out the forms she was supposed to and didn’t check it properly. Heard others complain about there service aswell. And on top of that I came out with a broken lcd screen
I bought 2 phone cases, paid $70 and once I put the phone and normal amount of cards in them they wouldn't stay closed. The magnetic catch isn't even strong enough to keep it closed. It just keeps popping open. I was refused a refund. I hope he enjoys my $70. My loss, his rip-off gain : The useless phone cases are in the bin. Will never shop at Mobile Monk Timaru ever again. Warning people if you support this business, there is no comeback. You lose your money, and it looks like other people have had the same fate including children.
