Amazing staff who know their products so are very helpful with their recommendations. Great customer service, and the new guy always makes my day with his positive energy.
This was my very first shop i went to purchase my very first mod kit. The Co owner was very honest and knowledgeable. He told me the positive and negative of the different ones i had my eyes on and let me make my own decision without trying to push me into buying one that best for him. He listened and advised very well. I bought the vaporesso gen 200, Still got it today because it gave me a real positive experience. I have been a repeat customer since. There chosen range of juice is my favourite at the moment and they had best price for this brand. The other co owner was just as good as the first guy. then i met another dude which i deal with more often due to the time i usually visit. he was blardy awesome too. dripped a drop for me to taste rather than sell me blindly a bottle i might think i like in the case of shosha. No bottles of ejuice i buy i havent just left sitting there near full. though range is not as big due to size of the shop but customer service has always been outstanding to say the least. all the customers i've seen go in, always come out happy. Highly recommend this lil business.

Friendly and had exactly what I needed in stock. Good parking and convenient location.
Have to give 1 star. Made an order and the parcel stuck in Courier Post for a few days. Tried emailed Vape Park 3 times in 2 days, but never got any response. Finally got hold of one of the staff by phone, but he asked me to contact Courier Post to resolve the issue by myself. His reason is once good is given to courier company it’s not their shop’s responsibility if it’s not delivered to customer. If the payment is made after customer receiving the goods, would you say the same thing? I have ordered product and you should take responsibility to deliver it to me. If courier company has any issue not delivering the goods to customer, it’s your responsibility to resolve the shipping issue not the customer! I had similar shipping issue before with another vape shop. The parcel sitting in Courier Post waiting to reprocess for couple of days. Once I contacted the shop, they immediately contacted Courier company and found out it’s because the package is broken. They have asked Courier company to return the goods to them and immediately send me another package. This is how a business to look after their customer. Definitely won’t shop here again. Follow Up: It turned out Vape Park didn’t print full delivery address on the parcel. Do your job properly and don’t run away from your responsibility!
I live in Christchurch and buy from Vape Park all the time. Great selection of juices, friendly helpful staff and shipping is super fast, sometimes gets here the day after I order.
I have been to vape park for one specific juice which is cotton candy by sad boy. It's a great juice and I asked for cotton candy 3 nic. The person gave me a bottle of 0 nic cotton candy but added nicotine himself. The juice was so harsh and it was obvious he put much more then I wanted without even telling me. He did not say he was putting it in himself until I had gone back myself after seeing the bottle was 0 nic and found out. I am very disappointed in the store
Awesome customer service, had so many people in the shop being served at once, but these two lovely people made time for all of us! It wasnt just a place to get e-juice from, it was a place where people came together to bond over different flavors and good vibes! 10 out of 10. David and Jess are great hosts!
Great shop with a friendly team. My #1 go-to vape shop in town. Decent selection of hardware for both beginners and advanced users alike, plus a great range of juices.
Wickedly GC owners, thorough as with advice , quality merchandise with the deals to match. Ordered online, it arrived the next day 70+kms away, didn’t even have to put pants on or leave the house 10/10
