They both have a BBus, DipBus and Dip Mgmt, Val also has a MBA. Val has worked as an accountant for some 15 years, general manager for two real estate offices in South Auckland and in senior project management both in supervising commercial and residential developments and in business process implementation.
Courtney brings strong marketing and design expertise; she has an eye for detail and knows what it takes to sell a property. Courtney takes pride in creating effective marketing programmes for the properties they sell, and has past experience at managing complex databases, which is essential to good communication.
