After 50 years in my home the decision to sell wasn't an easy one.  After doing some research and talking to different agents, it became clear to me that Kevn and Vicky understood my situation and requirements.  They made me comfortable throughout the sales process and did a great job of marketing and ultimately selling my home.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We sold our house with Kevin Desilva late 21 and Kevin asked us to do a review. Kevin worked hard to get our house sold but over the process I felt he was working more for his own interests than the vendor. Things like a poorly placed street sign, failure to arrive to first viewings on time with alarm going off, failure to present the property in the best way possible by arranging the staging props and instead leaving them piled on the floor, lack of timely buyer feedback when needed for considering an offer. Apparent lack of or a reluctance to offer professional advice or opinion when needed eg "this could be your rocket ship" was the professional advice on whether to accept an offer preauction and not really explaining what would happen next. Only wanting to book an auction for the soonest time rather than to ensure other bidders were ready or on a requested Saturday until we made it a condition of accepting the offer at all  After preauction offer was accepted, wouldn't send an acceptable clear email to potential buyers until the issue was escalated.  The house did sell quickly and the price ok although not amazing. However, felt I needed to push a lot to ensure to our own interests were met. Also from what I have seen and despite my experience, Kevin is still a better agent than many.

Kevin and Charmaine are a couple who work in harmony with each other to ensure best service is delivered with expertise, professionalism and empathy. They made me feel like our home was a castle and I was the queen. They are genuine, caring and respectful and engaged with us effectively throughout this 'life event'. They worked day and night to help us Dream, Believe, and together, we Made It Happen.

Kevin and Charmaine are a couple who work in complete harmony with each other. Everything has to be presented in the best possible way. They delivered exceptional service from start to finish. They go the extra mile for their clients. There was an issue with the bathroom after the sale, both Kevin and Charmaine helped me through this extremely stressful time to ensure that the issue was rectified. I cannot speak highly enough of Kevin and Charmaine and would definitely recommend  them to everyone who is contemplating selling their house.
