I wanted to pass on my compliments regarding the great service provided by Ravi Singh in the purchase of my property. Although Ray White was acting for the vendor in this case, I found Ravi to be unfailingly polite and helpful. Ravi was certainly persistent and represented his client’s interests well, but was also responsive to my questions and requirements. He worked hard to communicate regular updates and provided very useful advice on how to resolve certain issues during the settlement process. If I ever sell my new property I will ask Ravi to be my agent.

Rachael Meyer and her associates delivered a great result and we were very pleased with her positive encouragement throughout the time of marketing our property given that were not living in the area requiring her to manage independently and then update us. Our property was also tenanted through to auction and beyond the sale so this was an additional relationship which she managed respectfully.

Anton has great knowledge of the Golflands market and was very gentle when talking with Mum about selling the family home. His team in particular Hara Jeng worked tirelessly to sell Mums home and we are very happy with the outcome. From the moment we met Hara we knew she would do a wonderful job selling Mums home. Hara is a very conscientious, hard-working, kind and gentle person, with excellent communication skills. Her eye for detail and style is exemplary and Mum has made a friend in Hara. The styling of our home for the open homes inspections was amazing! We are pleased with the result achieved at auction and would definitely use Hara & Anton again .

If you are looking for a property manager, definately go elsewhere. We had Martin Caie neglect to pay bills, and left the house empty for several months before checking in with us regarding renovations. Also, he attempted to charge a substantial fee for work done that he had not organised. He stricks me as lazy, irresponsible, and cognitively lacking. I wish someone had warned us before trusting him with the keys to our home.

Hara made the whole process of selling actually enjoyable and was always attentive and professional. We felt supported by both Anton and Hara and the hard work they put in really helped us achieve a great result. We highly recommend Team Anton to anyone looking to market their property.
