This was one of the nicer hostels I've stayed at. The rooms were nice and neat, there were large common areas, and the kitchen area had a lot of room to accommodate everyone. I stayed here twice and would come back again.
Loved my time here! Wish I could have stayed longer, but would definitely come back to Christchurch just to stay here again. Staff is on top of making sure accommodations are clean, rooms are comfortable, towels and 2 pillows provided.nLocation is quiet, safe, and perfect- close to bus stops, main Christchurch city attractions, 10 minute walk to bars/clubs, and a 15 minute walk to the grocery store.nMovie nights were a fun way to meet new friends in the hostel, everyone was so welcoming and nice to hangout with.
A great experience! Our private room was clean and had everything we needed. There are a lot of bathrooms and they are also very clean, same as the kitchen and the dining area. It was the cleanest hostel kitchen we have ever seen!! Would highly recommend staying here.
Pretty good option for accom, great location and an alright kitchen I do think there should be a sign up for how to use the electric stoves as a lot of people seemed to be struggling. The rooms were pretty standard as well with lockers, also a good selection of private bathrooms as well as cubicles.
The desk girl who checked me in was unknowledgeable about the facilities, pointing me out the wrong door which took me up the wrong stairs and brought me around the entire building before finding my room. But the facilities were fine except for the lack of elevator and the wobbly bed frames.
