My 2 boys attend Urban Explorers and the quality of care is fantastic. My youngest, who is currently in the fantails room, will run to his favorite teacher and my oldest is encouraged to be himself. The service they provide can not be faulted and they really care about our children and family. Urban Explorers are always willing to accommodate changes when they can when there has been unexpected events within our family. If I could rate them higher I would.
If only I can rate higher I’d love to give it all to this daycare. This was my son’s first daycare before we moved out from Pokeno. Now we’re back again and my son is in primary, my daughter goes here now. I honestly recommend this daycare as this is the best of best. My kids love it here & feel like home whenever they come here. I trust their services 100%! The teachers are so supportive & kind and I really appreciate them so much. :
Our days start with a race to the door when we say it’s ‘time to go to daycare’. Urban Explorers have created a community and extended family for our children and ourselves. Our family has received support in the centre which has also extended to our home life when we have needed it. We appreciate the above and beyond care that goes into supporting our tamariki and know they are so loved and safe.
Since Will started at Urban Explorers the wonderful teachers in the Fantails room have gone above and beyond to help us all adjust to daycare life. Can’t wait to see how he learns and grows with having the Urban family sharing all their love with him.
Absolutely amazing!!!! I cannot rate urban explorers high enough especially with the quality of care with our babies and the amazing teachers!!! Outstanding
