I have raised 6 children and all have been to various daycare facilities in Auckland. Edu care Pokeno staff are not very engaged or caring. Kids always arrive to them warm amd dressed for the winter and come home cold with little clothing and no socks. When asked about where their socks are staff blame the children. 1.5 years of age.?nNap times are not met and they come home tired and grumpy.nnThere are so many lazy comments we have heard from staff that have concerned me.nnThink twice.
My son loves it there, staff have definitely improved over the few years he has been there. The current team are great 18/08/2023
