I have had mixed experiences at this practice but there are some fantastic, dedicated practitioners here!nNew receptionist staff accidentally booked me with a nurse who is not authorised to prescribe my medication but Nurse Kathleen was amazing, she talked me through my options and booked me with an experienced doctor who can prescribe my medication - I was not charged for my appointment with her as it was a booking error and I walked away feeling seen and heard. Highly recommend her for any general health issues :
This place is useless! they will mark you DNA if you’re more than two seconds late but make you wait 30+ minutes if you’re early. They contact you off their personal phones and won’t let you talk at all. Their receptionist are disrespectful and rude and will hang up on you when they no longer feel like talking. They tried charging me $150 for an appointment that only costs $65. They don’t care for your health as they sent my new born baby home without any pamol after his first shots and then got frustrated with me when i asked for it. This place is only good for those who don’t take their health seriously.
The worst health practice in wellington. Takes months to get an appointment, then they cancel on you without letting know. They said oh we were just about to call you sorry but your doctor has gone home sick. I use to like this centre but recently the lack of care and quality service is getting worse. Bad service every-time.
Message to management: Your Vensa system is not working properly. I ordered a repeat prescription, nothing came through and no option to pay. No text from the pharmacy to say they received it. Most of my medications are not listed and no way to add them in. I spoke to a receptionist, who said I need to call Vensa, but I don't think it's my job to call Vensa to fix the system that you have moved patients to. Surely you have a tech person to identify what parts of Vensa are not working for UHHC?
This place should be closed down.nMost incompetent, rude and uninformed Medical center by every metric.. I've been going there for 5 years and still get looked at like a number. Money comes before urgency and communication between staff is non-existent.nDoctor told me nothing I didn't already know and never informed me of any alternative therapies which there were many. She sent me for a blood test that She said I needed with no follow up whatsoever . I called back a month later only to be told I needed to make another appointment which I had to prepay $19 for, then she told me my blood test was fine And didn't even bring up my existing conditions..... I plan to unregister with this circus today..nI wonder if they'll charge me $19 leaving fee
