Although I understand the health system is under pressure, I've found their processes convoluted and not people-centric making things more difficult for everyone - myself and them. Other health professionals Pharmacists, other Drs have even commented on how they've made things more difficult for me than needed to be. They need a customer experience CX person in there! Some of the communications are not empathetic nor helpful. I've given 2 stars as I've always found the reception staff lovely and they do what they can. The virtual Dr is also great, really listens and is efficient!nUpdate: I was pleased to see someone responded to my review. I emailed the practice on 19/11/2025 and still have not had.a response.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Dr Reza. He has seen our children multiple times recently, and each visit has been exceptional. He is incredibly thorough, taking the time to really listen and ensure everything is carefully assessed. His patient-centered approach and genuine care are evident in every interaction. He always follows up personally, which gives us such peace of mind. His warm bedside manner and attentiveness made both the kids and I feel truly cared for. We're so grateful to have found him!
Wish I could give zero stars, the receptionist got up in the middle of the conversation and went to new world and got eggs and was gone for 10min and sat back down and proceeded to say my medication isn’t important… reception should be fired, totally incompetence and I don’t know how they got a job in the first place. Incredibly unfriendly and straight up rude. The only nice thing about the place is the fish tank
The receptionists here are fantastic! Everytime I go in they are always going out of their way for me even when a slight hiccup happened the receptionist ran back and forth between doctors to find an appointment for me the next day.
Reception should be sacked!! Answering the phone in a disgusting tone. Misplaced scanned photo identification.nStuffed up my enrolment 3 time. Told they had my medical notes when they didn't.nWent to my first nurse appointment and refused my b12 injection but luckily the pharmacy did it for me.nJust no excuse for multiple mistake when I was a patient for only a month.nShut it down before you kill someone!!!nAbsolutely disgusted in this place!!
