Had my depo provera shot today and the nurse was in such a rush, hardly waited for me to get ready for it and now I’m unable to put weight on that same legn-n-nUpdate** I then had to go to the hospital and was put on crutches for a week, didn’t get any form of apology. Didn’t even a response for upto 3 weeks. Workers have little to no empathy at all
Horrible doctors. Multiple 2 minute appointments for no reason, missed one appointment and the doctors decided to refuse giving me prescriptions for over a week excruciating migraine due to a head injurynHaven’t done a single test on me to see what the problem is, have been on medication for over 6 months and have had multiple pointless appointments that I can’t afford and that gets me no where. No compassion from doctors, they just want ur money and the second you don’t give it to them they get petty and try make things worse for you. Also end up waiting 30mins for every appointment.
I had a terrible experience with the receptionist. I was booked this appointment by my doctor in Lower Hutt. When you walk in to a doctor’s surgery, the first thing you typically do is go to the reception to let them know you’re there. When she couldn’t find my appointment she said “see that big sign over there”, pointing for an A3 piece of printer paper surrounded by dozens of other signs, saying that there is a seperate waiting room. Of course I didn’t see that before approaching the counter, and she was so rude about it. I can’t wait until I can get into another GP.

These guys are atrocious. 4 months and counting waiting for my daughter to have a lump checked out. Multiple canceled appointments, with no communication given. We found out when we turned up to the appointment. 45 minute waits for the phone to be answered. Muddling up patient names. One time when I actually managed to get an appointment the doctor asked whether I had googled my symptoms, and then made a diagnosis on that basis without even letting me describe the problem. Let alone find you a cure, this outfit will give you stress related illness due to their incompetence.
