Staff are absolutely rude, if you even have 30 dollars on your account over due they won’t allow you to make an appointment even if it urgent. They don’t care about your well being only about your money. I had an illness that I was coming into to get checked out over and over and they never told me what my actually condition was I had to find out at another medical clinic. They just hand you pills and tell you to leave. Worst doctors in Wellington by far.
Receptionist super unfriendly and unresponsive. Had to wait 30 mins with no explanation and when I went up finally and asked if the Dr was delayed did not even get an apology for having to wait. Couldn’t have cared less. When I also explained l had not realised I was booked with a male Dr until she referred to him as “he” impossible to get to see my usual female Dr, usually a month wait at least, I asked if there was a chance I could see a female doctor and I understand that everyone is heavily booked her attitude was pretty much “ no can’t help”, again couldn’t have cared less. It would have been nice to encounter someone who actually cared to try, even if they couldn’t resolve the issue for me. Dr was fortunately very thorough and apologetic for the delay.
Had my depo provera shot today and the nurse was in such a rush, hardly waited for me to get ready for it and now I’m unable to put weight on that same leg
Isnt it every 3 months you should be seeing your cancer patients, running tests and reviews.when that person calls and they are unwell shouldn't you SEE them and not fob them off with no appts available, shouldn't you have alerts on their file. in 3 years your doctors did NOTHING, YOU FAILED and now and now an innocent person is dead! Greed, Inexperience, Money hungry corporation! Steer clear of this place.
Shockingly poor service. When I registered with this practice 11 years ago the experience was great. Since then the service has dropped, the doctors and practice nurse care is still good, but the attitude and experience from the reception and practice manager is very poor. Front desk staff are surly, unfriendly and jobs-worth. I also found out by text that I have been de-registered and forced to re-enroll, when they are closed to new enrollments - what a farce.
