Loved the concept of the whole board game cafe. Amazing collection of board games. You need a reservation before you go. We played many different games and staff was so kind to help us and even played while explaining. Food menu is limited but good. Maybe more finger food can be added and better selection of drinks. This is an amazing place to spend time with family and friends.
The first ever board game cafe I visited and it was so fun. Loved the games they recommended to us, really enjoyed playing them can't wait to go back for more. And thanks game master Julie sorry if I got the name wrong for guiding us on how to play the games. Was a fun experience not to forget, the food and the drinks were amazing too
We had a super fun experience at unwind. The Game masters explained the games so well and everyone enjoyed. We tried 5 games and it kept getting better each time. The food is really good and they have a good variety of drinks as well. Perfect ambience. The only issue we faced was with finding a parking but at the end we got to know that you can park at the 10AED paid parking in front of zabeel Park and get the ticket validated at unwind. Service was fabulous as well. Definitely going back there!

Wide range of board games. Great drinks menu options. They also offer student discount. Loved the Oreo milkshake. The place is a bit small and gets pretty full. Take note that it does get VERY loud and noisy compared to other board game cafes,especially if you are sitting upstairs where all the board games are. We played monopoly and upon opening the board games it was unorganized and some of the cards were dirty with food. Cleanliness should be focused on and organizational rules should be set for players.
We went as a group of 6 to Unwind to try out a new board game cafe rather than Hive. I’m disappointed to say that the place was far below my expectations. At a board game cafe the game master is supposed to lively and engaging but I felt like this was missing. Usually in my experience the game master suggests games and explains the rules as well. But when we went there the game master left us to be on our own and we had to figure it out by ourselves. The food is sub-par, we ordered nachos with chicken. The cheese was cold which is made it unpleasant to eat. We requested for it to be made hot but he said the kitchen was closed. Then they realized they had forgotten our chicken and brought it when it was almost time for us to leave. The chicken tasted awful almost like sponge. I don’t understand how the kitchen is closed to heat up some cheese but open to make chicken. Not content with my visit, their branch in Zabeel seems to be far superior.
Nice place to play board games with friends and have some fun. They also have some sandwiches which were pretty good. Prices are reasonable and very fair. Some board games are missing I hope they will add more in their library. Also they need to know more details of the games and explain new games to new players.
Loved the concept of this board game cafe! The food was in incredible - we came here as an office outing and had a lot of fun. Even with the pre-set meals as you can see. Play all the boardgames you would like to your heart's content. There are game masters ready to help you learn the rules and occasionally play with you. The food is tasty, the desserts will leave you craving for more and the shakes are a must have
A really nice and fun place for groups and family, you can have a lot of fun playing games and try their delicious food!
