I have been dealing with Whanganui Unichem Pharmacy Springvale for many years as a customer and in a work capacity. In that time I have always found staff to be professional and friendly. Recently I odered a couple of gift baskets for family members to be delivered. Sherrin went above and beyond for me in choosing items and my grandchildren/great grandchildren were absolutely thrilled with their gifts. Five plus
45min wait on prescription, with only two customers in front and they charged $17 - even though they have 'free prescriptions' painted on the outside outside of the building, obviously to bait people into the store! Their terms and conditions are hidden online.
From the ladies in the front of the pharmacy to the lovely pharmacists and assistants with their heads down, working damn hard at the back.nThankyou all for your dedication and efficiency.nIts appreciated by all
