Bad customer service. I used to find the staff lovely but been mucked around too often by staff not knowing their job and just outright lacking basic communication skills and courtesy. They could do with training, being better organized and having stations allocated. The young man that works behind the checkout is lovely though. I think I'll be buying online and having items sent from now on.
Good news for Whanganui, I am very pleased to see an established store with a huge range of different branded items here in Whanganui. Not only that, the prices are really good and more than reasonable. I hope this shop will continue to do well here.
My son lost his hotwheels firetruck it went behind a shelf we knew where it went and asked if I could come back after work to attempt to reclaim it. I was not expecting to come back and the staff had already retrieved it. Above and beyond service outside of their regular duties. They have made a two year old very happy, thankyou so much.
They were bizzy run off the feet when I rung them but they gave me the exact time my script would be ready great bunch of people very happy with my experience there
Absolutely terrible customer service. I was pointed to aisle 4 for the product I was after, with no hint as to what side or section of the aisle. I went back to the counter when I couldn't find it and a young man lead me to the spot where apparently the product was. It was NOT what I had asked for but something completely different. The young man then looked puzzled as to what I was talking about and asked what it was for. It was of a personal nature and I wasn't about to go into it with a salesperson with no knowledge of what was sold. I have to add that I first went to the prescription area to see if I could speak to a pharmacist, but they were busy and no one came to the counter to speak to me.nI walked out and went to a chemist down the road where I was given what I wanted immediately. Lovely service too.nNever again chemist warehouse Whanganui.
