I went to the Whanganui store today. The sales helped so I could afford a few items with an overall savings of $42.96. The lady who served me was very nice with a good sense of humour also.
Bad customer service. I used to find the staff lovely but been mucked around too often by staff not knowing their job and just outright lacking basic communication skills and courtesy. They could do with training, being better organized and having stations allocated. The young man that works behind the checkout is lovely though. I think I'll be buying online and having items sent from now on.
Good news for Whanganui, I am very pleased to see an established store with a huge range of different branded items here in Whanganui. Not only that, the prices are really good and more than reasonable. I hope this shop will continue to do well here.
This chemist is my go to for its affordability and good service. The security guard is always friendly and professional.
