Did a walk-in for my second booster shot and the lady doing the bookings as well as the lady administering the vaccine were so delightful. Such a pleasure getting good service from people with excellent customer service skills. Well done ladies!

I was waiting for my prescription, and all these women's were busy doing their own things, another talking to others and no one paying attention to me standing waiting for my prescription, one short nice lady I think she's new asked me if I was being served, she look surprised when I told her no, because everyone was walking pass me pretending I was not waiting, thanks to the nice old short ladie she's awesome at customer service

Great pharmacy but fyi re: alert level 4 operating hours not as advertised. Pretty sure they’re back to regular hours as at AL3.2

Lisa is the best pharmacist around. Knows her stuff and her customers. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Quick service. Fantastic place, they really look after you.

Have been using this pharmacy for years. In my experience, in all businesses, you are treated the way that you treat them. If you are polite and patient, you get excellent treatment. The way I have seen many customers treat the staff there I would be advising that customer to go elsewhere, rapidly.

Went to get a prescription, was told it would be ready in 20 minutes and to come back. Came back 20 minutes later, they said it was in the queue to be "checked". I waited around, only for pharmacist to then come and ask me as to whether I'd had the prescription in that quantity before I'd had double the amount before, so I'm unsure what their system of "checking" is, had they even put the prescription together at this point? Are they disgruntled having to dispense that amount on one prescription? Obviously I wouldn't be using the whole prescription in one go, that is not what it is for and it is the type of prescription that you cannot overdose on. That is the amount my Doctor had prescribed, if they want to have intimate conversations about prescriptions rather than on the shop floor, the consultation room would have been better. Then I went to pay using my health insurance card provider to be told that I should have done that at the start when I handed over the prescription slip as though it was my fault, their staff did not tell me to do that, and that if I wanted to pay using my health insurance card that it would take another 10 minutes no apology, just a terrible attitude towards a customer. I'd already been waiting 30 minutes, by this point I wanted to leave. Is there anything at the counter which is littered full of products they are trying to sell which states clearly if you want to pay using health insurance provider card to provide it at the start, or should their staff have informed me of that? Terrible staff training, very slow service considering the high number of staff they have working there. Did not received an apology about the wait, will not use again.

Resolved our son's vaccine pass as he had the double jab in Oz and no one at Min of Health or Air NZ had a clue. Thanks to Eastridge Pharmacy he now has a vaccine pass on his phone so he can travel to see family round the country. We will be forever greatful for their help

I went there for 25mg tablets. I had to wait 10 minutes for the pharmacist that quizzed me for a full 5 minutes on this simple tablet. Begrudgingly sold it to me and would not sell me the cheaper packet of 30. They seem to fancy themselves as the drug police - for this basic medicine. I will shop elsewhere. They were horrible. 15 minutes for a simple tablet.

The staff are not accomodating and awfully racist. I brought a prescription and one of the staff asked me to wait for a quarter of an hour. I am pregnant and it's hard for me to stand for a long period of time. My partner and I have been there since 5:05 pm and the staff attended first to heaps of other clients who were there after us. They were calling the names of other clients as i have noticed, it was already 5:30 pm and all of the staff were not busy anymore. And so, I followed up my ordered prescription. The man in the counter was asking how do I even pronounce my surname and went to the pharmacist counter. I saw that my orders were just resting there but they did not bother to notify me since they could not pronounce my surname, probably?!!!

This is my local pharmacy and they are just brilliant. So helpful and lovely and it’s always a pleasure dealing with them either for prescriptions or other purchases. I highly recommend.
