I have been going here for over 40 years and finally I feel confident that my requirements will be met. All the staff seem happy, friendly and helpful. The 2 new owners are absolutely awesome. I will continue supporting them with my custom 100%.

With the exception of one member of staff at present all could do a refresher course on customer service . It costs nothing to be civil and the art of listening to what is being said to them can be greatly improved. Shrugging shoulders turning your back on a customer and walking away is not a pretty sight.Nor is sending some one back to ask "What is the Question?" That adds insult to injury. Use by dates on prescriptions are strictly adhered to, even if the shop is closed on that day ? Or the shop was open but the use by day was yesterday. Where does the 'give and take' phrase come into play? ,this has happened three times this year. Should I ring it in the year before. ? I have dropped the script in months before. .....if this is the practise all over New Zealand then I apologise. Trust there will be an improvement in the coming year come into it ? Go see your Dr for him to write out and other script? Very very helpful

The new owners are AMAZING! Such incredible service, the store is well stocked and really great friendly advice. Highly recommend!

Have tried three times to get prescription sorted an still haven't been able to sort it out an now the pharmacy is closed until Tuesday. Was told due to mistakes my meds would be delivered and this has not happened. And due to having terminal cancer I need those meds.

Worst service ever no oone amswers phone it says open but it's closed you gave me the wrong meds from a week ago which was missing last week I need my anti stroke meds yesterday Monday May we'll be too lateTha ks for nothing Ducks

Helpful and friendly staff, but ultimately a rather small place.
