Our New Zealand based craft store specialises in beautiful 100% Merino Wool Felt from Europe. We proudly stock over 80 gorgeous colours, the widest range in New Zealand.
Because our felt is 100% wool, it is non-toxic and 100% recyclable.

We love working with felt and are passionate about showcasing a fantastic collection of products from around the globe for the makers and small businesses in New Zealand.

I had the pleasure of attending a beautiful wedding at The Felt Factory! When I tell you this place was great, they were GREAT! Professional, attention to detail, wonderful customer service and gorgeous design!! I would 100% recommend this place to friends and family. Y'all did dat!!!!
Had my 50th birthday party there and the venue and staff was amazing from start to finish. The office staff was so professional from the day we met with them to after the event.
The Felt Factory is the ultimate wedding reception experience. The setting, the ambience of the Capri Room and front lobby is very open and accommodating. Beautiful venue with a lot of space ! The pictures are from the basement section of the venue they also have multiple rooms upstairs as well. They do weddings, parties and private events.
I was once again thoroughly pleased with the professionalism, and reassuring nature provided by Megan and the other awesome staffer at the Felt Factory. The hall was beautiful, clean, and prepped well in advance. I was able to visit the morning of my party to drop off my decorations. It was freezing outside, but warm in all of the right ways inside. They took great care of my head table and all of my guests. We have 2 in the books and look forward to more. Thank you again for making my birthday/graduation party so special.
Excellent, great food and service. Lost one star because bathroom is very old, small and in bad shape. They could update or replace bathroom.
I used the Mill room for my 50th birthday party. The staff were so courteous and professional . The food was delicious. The young lady who was supervising was so accommodating and attentive. The ambiance was perfect it really set the mood for a great party.
Awesome & Amazing...The Felt Factory exceeded all my wedding expectations. I had my ceremony in the Capri Room following by the reception upstairs in the Manor Room...they were both decorated beautifully...the grounds out back were perfect for my wedding pictures... they have their own parking which is great for guess...the staff was pleasant and accommodating...the food was delicious...Janet was most pleasant and responsive to every question asked...I will be planning my husband birthday party there... This venue covers it all...Thank you Janet and staff...
My nephew had a baby shower on Sunday. This place was amazing,decorations were beautiful,the food was absolutely delicious. The staff was professional and had very nice attitudes.
Loved it! Very big,clean,beautiful place. The food was good.The Service was great. Overall very Upscale. The parking lot Sucks but it is the City.
