Great central location, check in and out was super easy.nPrice wise I was happy with considering that the apartment did have a lot of wear and tear damage.nDespite that the apartment was clean.nThe mattresses in the bunk room are in need of replacement.nnNo condiments or towel replacements done during our 3 night stay.n4 small towels, 2 face washers and 1 bath mat are not sufficient for 2 adults and 2 teenagers for a 3 night 4 day stay.nnThe power to the bathroom went out on the first night and I called the after hours number and was told that they can not help and they would leave a message for the morning person. We had to shower in the dark and this was very dangerous. The next morning at 9am when the office opened and advised the situation to the man there who was in no hurry at all to come and help. We again had to shower in the dark and when we were leaving at about 10am he was only then coming to have a look.nnOur living area of the apartment was facing the car park with no privacy curtains, we had to keep the curtains closed at all times. The same issue with the two bedrooms, that they were facing the communal very used walk way. I suggest maybe some mirror tints or privacy curtains be installed in all these areas.nnOur apartment was connected to the main office and you could hear everything!nnDespite all the small issues that can be rectified we would here stay again.
Absolutely disgusting. I was so upset when I got there, I sent my partner to go buy cleaning product cause I really needed a shower. I wish I took pics before i wiped around the loo as there was urine all around the bottom of the toilet. The bed was made however there was no way I was staying there. Everything was filthy. The kitchen sink was blocked. The windows in the bathroom didn't shut one of them was actually broken which is quite scary. We found rubbish under the couch he was a massive cockroach on the wall. The toilet seat was broken. After the shower the bedroom and the bathroom was so hot and steamed up and I literally had the quickest shower in the world. The floors were so slippery that I would hate to be an elder person using this. We couldn't get hold of anyone as it's a no contact hotel. So no one came sort our concerns. We were just told we would have to call back during business hours however we were never given any names of the manager who worked there or how we could contact them. We were also told manager confirmed that room had been cleaned. If this is the case I don't would recommend getting a new cleaner cause it was so yuck, I felt so gross, I didn't want to be therr. We did get a refund two days later after harassing the contact number for bookings. Photos online make this look great. It's like pulling up to a hotel from a scary movie. Dark and dingey and you have to park away from your room which also didn't feel safe. Location is fab tho. Not worth even half the money they ask for though. Sorry. Definitely a no from me.
Handy location, excellent service from the lady taking care of them.nBuilding getting in need of a bit of maintenance externally.nSome noise from tenants above and rain gutters, but not a huge problemnCarpark was a bit remote, had some concerns about security.nUnit had all facilities we needed.
Be careful, this company does not seem to be reputable. Correspondence via 2 different email addresses. They were supposed to send my ID data for identification. I booked through Booking On site, the key box did not work. The agency was not reachable!
Great location but overpriced for the shabby room and dangerous bathroom. Wasnt clean, slept ontop of the bed, bathroom even though large had a shower attached to a spa bath type setup, once you got hot water going the condensation saturated the entire bathroom and super dangerous as floor was like skating on ice. If you think of staying don't do it unless a last resort.
