Strangely unhelpful, not really any customer service at all in store. Wouldn't get a dress in for me from another store without asking for 20% deposit which was not refundable had to get store credit despite it being $690.00. The shop assistant seemed wildly uninterested. Tried to ask 27 names about it online and they never even replied to me. Ended up buying the dress from another retailer who was more helpful without the slip at a cost of $550 which was a much better experience.
