Story

Over recent month we have put considerable time and energy into developing a Marketing Plan
for Turners Panelbeating. This plan has come about as a result of the realisation that in order
for us to achieve our goals as a company we need to put more emphasis on our target market,
their needs and frustrations and how we can best solve those frustrations.
We have identified our target markets' greatest need as the quality of repair & timeframes of
repairs- our target market is frustrated if they do not receive a repair that meets or exceeds their
expectations including meeting timeframes. This desire for quality is indelibly linked to safety -
when our target market is convinced that their repair is of a standard that ensures their vehicle
has been returned to the manufacturers' specification, specifically as it relates to safety, their
greatest need is satisfied.
At Turners Panelbeating we intend to meet this need every time on time. We have set a
challenging Brand Promise for ourselves, which is:
"Safe Repair, every time on time, is our Promise"
We intend to deliver this by, in some cases continuing and other cases instituting, the following:
? Recommend the use new parts
? "I-Car" repair methods are used
? Use the correct equipment
? Document all repairs by producing a photo record of every repair for the customer
? All repair is done to ensure the vehicle returns to the manufacturers specification, specifically
as those specifications relate to Crumple Zones and Air Bag triggering
? Follow the guidelines set by Lexus, Toyota, Daihatsu as a Nominated Repairer (appointed by
North Shore Toyota)

Our meaningful and dramatic point of difference in our geographic market is that we are the
Approved Toyota Repairer by appointment of North Shore Toyota - and have been for the last
20 years. What we honor for Toyota and their customers we honor for all our customers. As a
nominated repairer we process mainly newer vehicles and as such we are directed to promote
the use of new genuine parts, we use parts trader and find the new parts are competitive with
used parts and therefore we can guarantee the quality of the repairs.
Turners Panelbeating has under gone large scale changes in the last 2 years, new equipment,
i.e. invertor welder, newer loan car fleet, staff training, recycling of steel, plastics and solvents.
We are in the process of implementing waterborne system with Glasurit. Including a Body shop
Emissions Program.
We have upgraded our mixing room and our workshops have been painted including the panel
shop floor. Staffs are out of overalls and looking very smart. We are forever improving our
systems and procedures to meet the modern vehicle.
Last year Turners Panelbeating were finalists in the MTA awards for best Collision Repairer
voted by customers. We are a Structural Repair Centre and comply with all the standards of the
Collision Repair Association and the MTA Assured.
