Stopped off on our way home, we had stopped here before and really enjoyed it the first time, I had the small chicken kebab, my partner had the 5 lamb chops on rice with salad and his daughter has a small mixed meat iskender. We couldn’t fault it, so tasty the portions are generous, the lamb chops were so tasty as well, you get what you pay for here and it is awesome.
Nice Halal Kebab Shop.nThe fried chilli was a killer. Their Small platter is bigger than other Turkish restaurants. Very very friendly staff.
Excellent kai! The guys pour passion into their food craft.nPrice could be seen as on the higher side but the portions are huge. Large is very large. Regular is big enough. Food quality is good enough to justify.nnThe menu is massive and all the stable kebab + pizza items are covered + more Turkish foods.nnNeat painted murals on the shop exterior. Plenty of room to eat inside. Free tea and coffee.nnCould improve on heating during winter but it was a particularly cold day.
The best turkish food we have ever had. Everything was so tasty and fresh. The travel from Turangi to Tokoroa was definitely worth it. Would definitely go back!!! Service was awesome & friendly. There was plenty of parking available too. We can't rave enough about it!
