We had to wipe down out own table as none were clean it was filthy and the bathroom reked of urine and the floor was flooded with what could only be assumed as urine given the overwhelming stench. My 10yr old son was busting and even walked straight back out of it we had to go somewhere else to use the facilities.
HIGHLY disappointed with service today. +Chips had NO salt and soggyn+Chicken was drier than Winston on an average dayn+Staff were unhelpful and rude.n+Lodged another order in drive through and go told only one order per car.n+Tried to change order and got told it wasn't possible.nSuggest you teach your staff some manners and some basic customer service. To say I'm disappointed is a gross understatement.
Unfortunately after waiting about 20mins for food they forgot to put our coleslaw and chips in the bag, we were charged for both. Unfortunately with a boat on the back it was too hard to turn around and go back to let them know. Definitely check your order before leaving.
Usually KFC is below average. More than often the order is not complete. Meaning, you ordered. You trust that everything is in the bag and you come home and the Coleslaw isn't in the bag or they forgot to put the Moro Bar inside. This happened more than once to me.nnI don't eat takeaways a lot, especially KFC, but when I do I would like to have a good experience. From Staff straight through to the food. Mc Donald's does this all the time, but sometimes you would like to try something else.nnThis experience with them was something I didn't expect and was ready to through my money in the air.nnSolid 3 Pc Deluxe Combo with a drink, wife had the Chicken Wrap Aioli with a drink and and my son had the Combo Chicken Nuggets and Chips.nnThis has been a good experience from this chain KFC.nnThis is a good 4 STAR.
No outside dining tables and chairs. Car parking is limited. KFC Tokoroa fast foods mainly chicken coleslaw chips soft drinks. Amenities toilets need more attention cleanliness. Otherwise fairly good standard for takeaway chicken food stuffs
