Have stopped here many times on road trips but our last visit was disappointing. I would discourage anyone going into the restaurant to sit & eat. There is no customer service at all, staff ignored customers waiting in line in the restaurant & were too busy serving the drive thru. A few customers gave up and walked out the smart ones.nI waited at least 10-15 minutes to be served, then l was told it would be another 10 minutes wait. I requested paper plates & they gave us boxes instead. We had coleslaw & potatoes & gravy dripping all over the place as the boxes leaked. Maybe next time as a courtesy tell your customers you don't have proper plates before they purchase food!
Unlike many other posts I see I actually had a really good experience...although the zinger burger had enough dressing on it to bath in...other than that food was pretty good given it was 2.30ish in the afternoon and girl drive thru window almost pleasant
My family and I use to get good service from kfc and it's employees but it's seems recently the employees have become a bit lazy just tonight we ordered the new burgers both versions and a deluxe box and a 3pc box but we received 2 of the same burgers while missing the zinger patty and 2, 3 piece box's also we ordered a large potato and gravy and also didn't receive it. Sure this could come down to be our fault for not checking before we left but you would think that they'd atleast have checked everything prior to handing us it
The service was so terrible, the 2 staff members that were on front counter were so very rude and acted like they didn't want to be there. Food was even worse, will not go back again
We had to wipe down out own table as none were clean it was filthy and the bathroom reked of urine and the floor was flooded with what could only be assumed as urine given the overwhelming stench. My 10yr old son was busting and even walked straight back out of it we had to go somewhere else to use the facilities.
