Have stopped here many times on road trips but our last visit was disappointing. I would discourage anyone going into the restaurant to sit & eat. There is no customer service at all, staff ignored customers waiting in line in the restaurant & were too busy serving the drive thru. A few customers gave up and walked out the smart ones.nI waited at least 10-15 minutes to be served, then l was told it would be another 10 minutes wait. I requested paper plates & they gave us boxes instead. We had coleslaw & potatoes & gravy dripping all over the place as the boxes leaked. Maybe next time as a courtesy tell your customers you don't have proper plates before they purchase food!
Like to stop here if I'm passing through around dinner time still have two hours in the journey and don't want to cook when I get home.
Generally pretty good. Have had good service from the majority of the team serving, unfortunately there has been the odd below-average visit...otherwise would have given 4 Stars.
Nothing cleaned in there , very dirty , tables not wiped , food all over floor , pretty gross
Customer service was poor had to ask as stuff was missing from the order and they didn't seem to care.nMaybe some Customer service training and acknowledgement
